Welcome to the instructions page.

Each function has a description, shortcut and location in the administration area. You will be asked to login to your store the first time you run a function. This page is printer-friendly for those that prefer to print and read.

Account Settings
Change Username Shortcut: user_name Location: Vault Account Login Info	Changes the login Username. The username can be any word up to 20 letters or your email address. A secure connection is used to encrypt the information during transfer. Example: jbloggs or jbloggs@bloggs.com

Change Password Shortcut: user_pass Location: Vault Account Login Info	Changes the login Password. We recommend changing it regularly and making sure it contains a combination of letters and numbers. A secure connection is used to encrypt the information during transfer. Example: aje2g4h5

Change Contact Name Shortcut: contact_name Location: Vault Account Contact Info	Changes the name of the primary contact person for your store. This will assist the team at Jumbostore should we ever need to contact you in regard to your Jumbostore account, and also aids us in any event where we need to refer a customer to you directly. Example: John C. Citizen

Change Contact Email Shortcut: contact_email Location: Vault Account Contact Info	Changes the contact email address for your store. This is the email address where all order confirmations and other important information is sent. You should ensure that the email address you provide is correct and reliable. Example: jbloggs@bloggs.com

Change Contact Numbers Shortcut: contact_numbers Location: Vault Account Contact Info	Changes the contact phone and fax numbers for the primary contact person. Example: Phone: 123 2345 2345 Fax: 123 3456 3456

Change Contact Address Shortcut: contact_address Location: Vault Account Contact Info	Changes the address of the primary contact person. This contact address will be required for mailing of information and / or payments from your Jumbostore. You should provide all of the required information including state, country, and zip code. Example: Joe Bloggs 41 Bloggs Avenue Bloggsville, USA 45532

Store Properties
New Store Shortcut: new_store Location: Store Menu Stores	Creates a new store. This store is associated with the primary contact person. It is possible to have many stores associated with one person. These stores may be all different, or may be departments of one large store. Example: Joe Bloggs' Fishing Tackle

List Stores Shortcut: list_stores Location: Store Menu Stores	Lists all stores associated with the primary contact person. It is possible to have many stores associated with one person. These stores may be all different, or may be departments of one large store. Example: Joe Bloggs' Fishing Tackle

Delete Store Shortcut: delete_store Location: Store Menu Stores	Deletes a store. ALL DATA WILL BE LOST!! Please use this function with caution.

View Store Listing Shortcut: view_store Location: Store Menu Stores	Views the store listing in the Jumbomall. Each store has the option to be listed in the Jumbomall for extra customer traffic.

Store Name Shortcut: store_name Location: Store Menu Stores Settings	Changes the name of your store. This is not your username. Example: Joe Bloggs' Fishing Tackle

Store Category Shortcut: store_category Location: Store Menu Stores Settings	Changes the category within the Jumbomall. This is used in the shoppers search and will bring extra customers into your store. Example: Sports and Outdoor

Store Description Shortcut: store_description Location: Store Menu Stores Settings	Changes the short description of your store. There is enough space for 5 lines of text. No HTML tags allowed. This description is used in your stores listing in the Jumbomall. . This will help customers identify which stores are likely to have the products and services they are searching for. Example: Joe Bloggs' Fishing Tackle manufacturers and sells some of the best fishing tackle available in Australia today. All of Joe Bloggs' equipment is covered by 12 month warranty and has been proven to stand the test of time. Be sure to check out our great range of rods, reels, hooks, and other tackle supplies.

Store Keywords Shortcut: store_keywords Location: Store Menu Stores Settings	Changes the keywords for the store used by the keywords search in the Jumbomall. The more words you can provide, the better the chance that your store will come up in Search results. The keywords need only to be separated by a space. Example: fishing tackle Joe Bloggs fish hooks reels rods

Store Website Shortcut: store_url Location: Store Menu Stores Settings	Changes the URL (web site address) of your stores web site. This link will be positioned in your store in the Jumbomall so customers can visit this site to get further information. A website also demonstrates your commitment to online trade. Example: http://www.jbfishing.com

Store Logo Shortcut: store_logo Location: Store Menu Stores Settings	Changes the URL to an image of your store logo hosted on your server. The logo will appear on you store within the Jumbomall and will make your store look more professional. Example: http://www.jbfishing.com/logo.jpg

Realtime Mode Shortcut: realtime_mode Location: Store Menu Stores Payments	Switches the realtime mode on and off. When switched on, the customers' credit card is billed immediately after the order. When switched off, the customers' credit card is not billed immediately and is billed manually from the vault. Merchants sometimes want to check if a product is in stock before billing the card, rather than sending through a refund. Example: = ON = OFF

Purchasing Policy Shortcut: purchasing_policy Location: Store Menu Stores Payments	Changes your purchasing policy message. This message appears in your store in the Jumbomall and informs a customer what your policy is. You should provide customers with your policies regarding purchases, refunds and returns. Example: Joe Bloggs' Fishing tackle is happy to exchange goods that do not meet with customers satisfaction within 2 weeks of purchase. Should goods be faulty on arrival Joe Bloggs' aims to have replacement goods shipped to customer within 7 days.

Payment Options Shortcut: payment_options Location: Store Menu Stores Payments	Changes your payment options that you provide to your customers. Your choices are Credit Card, Check/Cheque, Cash, Transfer, C.O.D,. Money Order, Pick Up, P.O. Number, PayPal and Other. Example: Credit Card Cheque Cash PayPal

Credit Cards Shortcut: credit_cards Location: Store Menu Stores Payments	Changes your accepted credit cards. Your choices are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Bankcard, Discover and Switch. Other cards are available on request. Example: Visa MasterCard American Express

Store Currency Shortcut: store_currency Location: Store Menu Stores Localise	Changes the currency that your product prices are quoted in. This does not have to be the national currency of your country. Many merchants choose to display their prices in US dollars because it is easy for people around the world to convert into their own currency. Example: U.S. Dollar ($US)

Store Location Shortcut: store_location Location: Store Menu Stores Localise	Changes the country of your store. This information is important as it may also affect your shipping and tax options for customers. Example: USA

Store ABN Shortcut: store_abn Location: Store Menu Stores Localise	This option is for Australian stores only. If your store is being run from Australia you will need to provide your ABN for GST regulation purposes. The Jumbostore software is GST compliant and makes quick work of GST calculations. Example: 82 678 678 678

Measurement Units Shortcut: measure_units Location: Store Menu Stores Localise	Changes your measurement units for your store. This will be required for correct calculation of shipping charges. You may select between metric or imperial units. Example: Weight Units: Kilograms or Pounds Volume Units: cubic centimeters or cubic inches

New Shipping Method Shortcut: new_ship_method Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Creates a new shipping method. Each shipping method is an option for customers to choose. Example: Express Mail

List Shipping Methods Shortcut: list_ship_method Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Lists all created shipping methods for editing, deleting and ranking. Each shipping method is an option for customers to choose.

Edit Shipping Method Shortcut: edit_ship_method Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Changes the properties for a particular shipping method.

Delete Shipping Method Shortcut: delete_ship_method Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Deletes a shipping method. ALL DATA IS LOST!! Use this function with care.

Rank Shipping Methods Shortcut: rank_ship_method Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Ranks all shipping methods in order to be presented in the shopping cart. Most common shipping methods can be placed at the top of the list for easy selection by customers.

Shipping Method Label Shortcut: ship_label Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Changes the label of the shipping method. This label will appear in the drop-down selection box for customer choice.

Shipping Description Shortcut: ship_desc Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Changes the description of the shipping method. This description provides extra information to the customer such as delivery time. This description appears in the shopping cart next to the shipping amount. A different description is available for each shipping method.

Delivery Region Shortcut: delivery_region Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Changes the region where the store will ship to. "International" is the most common option however some stores may only ship their products into a particular region. This affects the message displayed to customers. If your required region is not listed, please contact Jumbostore.

Delivery Time Shortcut: delivery_time Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Changes the time for earliest and guaranteed delivery. These times are displayed to the customer.

Shipping Charges Shortcut: ship_charge Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Changes the shipping charges option between Free, Quote or Calculated. Free ignores charges. Quote informs customers that the store will quote for delivery. Calculated charges will be automatically calculated as per extra information.

Fixed Shipping Charge Shortcut: fixed_ship_charge Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Changes the fixed fee (flat charge) for shipping, regardless of any other information such as size and weight. The fixed fee may be based on per-item or per-order. A per-item fee is multiplied by the number of items in the order. A per-order fee is charged only once per order.

Order Shipping Charge Shortcut: order_ship_charge Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Sets the shipping charge to be based on the order total. For example, shipping charges may be set to $10 for order totals under $200 and $20 for orders over $200. A percentage scale can be set using the perc_ship_charge function.

Volume Shipping Charge Shortcut: vol_ship_charge Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Sets the shipping charge to be based on the volume of the ordered items. The volume of each product will need to be entered. For example, shipping charges may be set to $10 per cubic meter.

Weight Shipping Charge Shortcut: weight_ship_charge Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Sets the shipping charge to be based on the weight of the ordered items. The weight of each product will need to be entered. For example, shipping charges may be set to $10 per 20Kg.

Percentage Shipping Charge Shortcut: perc_ship_charge Location: Store Menu Stores Shipping	Sets the shipping charge to be based on a percentage of the order amount. For example, shipping charges may be set to 10% of the order total.

New Tax Options Shortcut: new_tax Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Creates a new tax option. Each tax option is linked to a region that the customer must select.

List Tax Options Shortcut: list_tax Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Lists all created tax options for editing, deleting and ranking.

Edit Tax Option Shortcut: edit_tax Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Changes the properties for a particular tax option.

Delete Tax Option Shortcut: delete_tax Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Deletes a tax option. ALL DATA IS LOST!! Use this function with care.

Rank Tax Options Shortcut: rank_tax Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Ranks all tax options in order to be presented in the shopping cart. Most common tax options can be placed at the top of the list for easy selection by customers.

Tax Description Shortcut: tax_desc Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Changes the description of the tax option. This description provides extra information to the customer and appears in the shopping cart next to the tax amount. A different description is available for each tax option.

Tax Region Shortcut: tax_region Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Changes the region where the tax is applicable. If your required region is not listed, please contact Jumbostore. Example: USA

Tax Percentage Shortcut: tax_perc Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Sets the tax charge to be based on a percentage of the order amount. For example, tax charges may be set to 10% of the order total.

Tax Fixed Order Shortcut: tax_fixed_order Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Sets the tax charge to be based on a fixed fee (flat charge) per order. Example: $22.00

Tax Fixed Item Shortcut: tax_fixed_item Location: Store Menu Stores Taxes	Sets the tax charge to be based on a fixed fee (flat charge) per item. The total tax for the order will be calculated by adding up the tax charge on all the items.

Products
New Product Shortcut: product_new Location: Store Menu Products	Adds a new product to the catalogue. A product must be added to the catalogue before the HTML can be generated by Jumbostore. Experienced developers may learn the HTML code required and may skip the step of adding all products into the catalogue.

List Products Shortcut: product_list Location: Store Menu Products Edit	Lists all products currently in the catalogue. A product must be added to the catalogue before the HTML can be generated by Jumbostore. Experienced developers may learn the HTML code required and may skip the step of adding all products into the catalogue.

Edit Products Shortcut: product_edit Location: Store Menu Products Edit	Edit any products in the catalogue.

View Products Shortcut: product_view Location: Store Menu Products Edit	View a product listing in the Jumbomall. Each product is given a unique address within the Jumbomall with all the product information contained on that page.

Delete Products Shortcut: product_delete Location: Store Menu Products Edit	Deletes one, some or all products in the catalogue. ALL DATA WILL BE LOST FOR THOSE PRODUCTS!! Use this function with care.

Product Name Shortcut: product_name Location: Store Menu Products Edit Settings	Changes the name of the product. Maximum 50 letters. This is the common name that the product is referred to.

Product Code Shortcut: product_code Location: Store Menu Products Edit Settings	Changes the product code. This is usually an SKU or item number used in stock control. Every product must have a product code. Example: FR0001

Product Price Shortcut: product_price Location: Store Menu Products Edit Settings	Changes the product price. The product price may also be free or not listed (quote request). Example: $55.90

Product Category Shortcut: product_category Location: Store Menu Products Edit Settings	Changes the product category used in the Jumbomall search. Customers in the Jumbomall can limit their search to a particular category. Simply select a store category that best suits this product to have extra customers for your store. Example: Fishing Rods

Product Description Shortcut: product_description Location: Store Menu Products Edit Settings	Changes the description of your product. This description is used in your store within the Jumbomall and gives more information to your customers. 5 lines maximum. Example: The "Anglers Master" Fishing Rod is built with the serious angler in mind. Crafted in solid fibre glass it has a sold wood handle and 6 ringlets for extra line strength.

Product Keywords Shortcut: product_keywords Location: Store Menu Products Edit Settings	Changes the keywords for the products used in the Jumbomall search. Enter a number of descriptive keywords that customers would use to find your product. These keywords are matched in the search. Separate the keywords with spaces. Example: rod fishing fibre glass sport recreation

Product Website Shortcut: product_website Location: Store Menu Products Edit Settings	Changes the product website (URL) that is used to link customers from your Jumbomall store to your website. This is optional. Example: http://www.jbfishing.com/rod001.html

Product Picture Shortcut: product_picture Location: Store Menu Products Edit Settings	Changes the web address (URL) of an image of your product. The image is displayed on your product page in your store in the Jumbomall. This image is stores on your server. Example: http://www.jbfishing.com/rod001.jpg

Product Quantity Shortcut: product_quantity Location: Store Menu Products Edit Advanced	Sets the minimum quantity of products that can be ordered. This function is useful when products must be bought in a batch of say 6.

Product Weight Shortcut: product_weight Location: Store Menu Products Edit Advanced	Sets the weight of the product for calculating shipping charges.

Product Volume Shortcut: product_volume Location: Store Menu Products Edit Advanced	Sets the volume of the product for calculating shipping charges.

Product Download Shortcut: product_download Location: Store Menu Products Edit Advanced	Sets the link (URL) to download a file following a successful purchase. Example: http://www.jbfishing.com/rod001.exe

Product Options Shortcut: product_options Location: Store Menu Products Edit Advanced	Links the product with one of the product options that has been created. Product options can be created to allow customers to select extra product options such as size and color. Example: Red Blue Black Yellow

New Product Option Shortcut: new_product_option Location: Store Menu Products Option	Creates a new product option that can be linked to a product. Product options can be created to allow customers to select extra product options such as size and color.

List Product Options Shortcut: list_product_options Location: Store Menu Products Option	Lists all created product options.

Edit Product Option Shortcut: edit_product_option Location: Store Menu Products Option	Changes a product options.

Delete Product Option Shortcut: delete_product_option Location: Store Menu Products Option	Deletes one or more product options. ALL DATA WILL BE LOST FOR THOSE OPTIONS!! Use this function with care.

Rank Product Option Shortcut: rank_product_option Location: Store Menu Products Option	Ranks the product options into the desired order.

Option Code Shortcut: option_code Location: Store Menu Products Option	Sets the unique code to differentiate this product option from others. Example: CL0001

Option Label Shortcut: option_label Location: Store Menu Products Option	Sets the name to identify this product option. This makes using product options a lot easier when processing customers orders and should also be easily understandable to your customers. Example: Color Selection

Option Type Shortcut: option_type Location: Store Menu Products Option	Sets the type of option to be used. Choices are Drop-down List, Radio Buttons, Checkboxes, Text Field or Text Area.

Option Values Shortcut: option_values Location: Store Menu Products Option	Sets the choices available for the option. Each choice has a name and a price differential. The price differential is used to alter the price of the product if that option is selected. Example: Large Medium Small

Reqired Option Values Shortcut: option_value_req Location: Store Menu Products Option	Sets whether the customer must select an option or if the option may be left unselected. Some products require a selection while others do not.

Add Category Shortcut: add_category Location: Store Menu Products Categories	Creates a new category to your store. Product categories assist you in departmentalizing your store and makes finding products within your store easier. Product categories also help customers understand the various types of products that your store has available without having to look at each product available.

List Category Shortcut: list_category Location: Store Menu Products Categories	Lists all categories that have been created.

Edit Category Shortcut: edit_category Location: Store Menu Products Categories	Changes the properties for a category.

Delete Category Shortcut: delete_category Location: Store Menu Products Categories	Deletes one or more categories. ALL DATA WILL BE LOST FOR THOSE CATEGORIES!! Use this function with care.

Category Name Shortcut: category_name Location: Store Menu Products Categories	Sets the name for a product category. This category should be related to the product contained within and assist customers in finding the product they wish to purchase. Example: Hooks and Sinkers

Category Description Shortcut: category_desc Location: Store Menu Products Categories	Sets the description of the category to further explain the categories products and contents. Example: This area of our web store contains a large range of Hooks and Sinkers available for purchase. Packs are available of each item in sizes of 10, 20, and 30.

Category Image Shortcut: category_image Location: Store Menu Products Categories	Sets the link to the web address of a picture to associate with this product category. This can also assist customers in finding particular product types within your store, should be quick to load, and will also improve the look and feel of your store. Example: http://www.jbfishing.com/hooks-sinkers.jpg

Category in Jumbomall Shortcut: category_jumbomall Location: Store Menu Products Categories	Sets one of the many Jumbomall categories to associate with this custom category. This improves the searching capability and will send more customers into your store. Example: Sports and Outdoor

New Product Picture Shortcut: new_prod_pic Location: Store Menu Products Pictures	Adds a new product picture for a selected product. Use the "Browse" button to locate either a gif or jpg file on your computer, select the product and upload the image to the Jumbo server. This image will appear in the product page in your store within the Jumbomall.

List Product Pictures Shortcut: list_prod_pic Location: Store Menu Products Pictures	Lists all uploaded images. These images may then be deleted if required.

Delete Product Pictures Shortcut: delete_prod_pic Location: Store Menu Products Pictures	Deletes all selected images. ALL DATA WILL BE LOST FOR THOSE IMAGES!! Use this function with care.

New Product Thumbnail Shortcut: new_prod_thumb Location: Store Menu Products Thumbnails	Adds a new product thumbnail picture for a selected product. Thumbnails are small pictures (60x60 pixels) that appear in the shopping cart. These thumbnails make it easy for customers to visualize the products that have been added into the shopping cart.

List Product Thumbnails Shortcut: list_prod_thumb Location: Store Menu Products Thumbnails	Lists all uploaded thumbnail images. These images may then be deleted if required.

Delete Product Thumbnails Shortcut: delete_prod_thumb Location: Store Menu Products Thumbnails	Deletes all selected thumbnail images. ALL DATA WILL BE LOST FOR THOSE IMAGES!! Use this function with care.

Batch Upload Shortcut: batch_upload Location: Store Menu Products Batch	Uploads your product catalogue as a batch. This function is faster than manually entering each product individually. The product catalogue is contained in a CSV (Comma Separated Values) text file. The format of this file is determined by first manually entering a few products and exporting these products using the batch_export function. Select the upload option to either create and update, create only, update only or replace the existing catalogue. NOTE: Some database / spreadsheet experience required.

Batch Export Shortcut: batch_export Location: Store Menu Products Batch	Exports your product catalogue into a CSV (Comma Separated Values) text file. This file may be imported into a spreadsheet or database program. The file may also be stored as a backup and be uploaded at any time. NOTE: Some database / spreadsheet experience required.

Web Site Tools
Generate Shopping Cart HTML Shortcut: gen_cart_html Location: Store Menu Website Shopping Cart	Generates the HTML code for the shopping cart. Select the products you wish to generate and copy and paste this code into your own web pages. Options include: Include product name and price in HTML Include HTML for product options Include a Quantities box for multiple orders. Open a new window for the shopping cart. Bypass shopping cart and go directly to the order form.

Generate Shopping Cart Options Shortcut: gen_cart_options Location: Store Menu Website Shopping Cart	Generates the HTML code for the product options associated with each product. For example, some products require the customer to select color and size.

Generate View Cart HTML Shortcut: gen_view_cart Location: Store Menu Website Shopping Cart	Generates the HTML code to view the current contents of the shopping cart. No products are added to the cart. This helps customers who forget what they have added to their cart.

Generate Cart Quantity Box Shortcut: gen_cart_qty Location: Store Menu Website Shopping Cart	Generates the HTML code for a quatities box with the shopping cart. The quantities box allows customers to type in a number to order more than one product. This is often more convenient that clicking the shopping cart over and over.

Generate Form HTML Shortcut: gen_form_html Location: Store Menu Website Shopping Cart	Generates the HTML code for a form as another way of entering products into the shopping cart. A form can be used to add multiple items into the cart at once.

Shopping Cart Bypass Shortcut: cart_bypass Location: Store Menu Website Shopping Cart	Bypasses the shopping cart and places the product directly into the checkout (order) page. This is a time-saving tool for sites with a small number of products where customers are not likely to order multiple products. Instructions: Use the gen_cart_html function and replace "add.cgi" with "checkout.cgi". All other HTML code is unaltered.

Multi Cart Shortcut: multi_cart Location: Store Menu Website Shopping Cart	Adds multiple products from a single store into the cart with one click. This function is useful for stores that like to sell packages of goods as a special offer.

Multi Store Cart Shortcut: multi_store_cart Location: Store Menu Website Shopping Cart	Adds multiple products from multiple stores into the one cart with one click. This function is useful for a group of stores that offer a package that includes multiple products from each store.

Generate Product Search HTML Shortcut: gen_search_html Location: Store Menu Website Shopping Cart	Generates the HTML code for a search form that customers can use to search through your product catalogue. This is a useful function for finding products in a large catalogue.

Customization
Edit Custom Theme Shortcut: edit_custom_theme Location: Store Menu Customization Custom Theme	Changes the HTML for the theme used for your shopping cart, secure checkout and success pages. Use the "Preview" button to see your changes and the "Save" button to save your changes. The theme consists of a header (top) and a footer (bottom). The middle is generated by the other customization functions. Matching the theme to your website will make your ordering system look more professional.

Edit Email Shortcut: edit_email Location: Store Menu Customization Email	Changes the wording of the email that is automatically sent to the customer after each order. Use the "Subject Line" box to change the subject of the email and the "Signature" box to change the signature (end) of the email body. The body of the email is generated automatically to include the order details. Example: Subject Line: Joe Bloggs Fishing Tackle Online Store Signature: Thank you for your business. Edit Shopping Cart Layout Shortcut: edit_cart_layout Location: Store Menu Customization Shopping Cart	Changes the HTML for the shopping cart layout. This HTML code fits between the header and footer code defined in the edit_custom_theme function.

Edit Shopping Cart Items Shortcut: edit_cart_items Location: Store Menu Customization Shopping Cart	Changes the HTML for the items within the shopping cart table.

Edit Empty Shopping Cart Shortcut: edit_empty_cart Location: Store Menu Customization Shopping Cart	Changes the HTML for the message that appears when the shopping cart is empty. This HTML code fits between the header and footer code defined in the edit_custom_theme function. The empty shopping cart message appears when all the products in the cart are deleted.

Edit Checkout Layout Shortcut: edit_checkout_layout Location: Store Menu Customization Shopping Checkout	Changes the HTML for the checkout page layout. This HTML code fits between the header and footer code defined in the edit_custom_theme function.

Edit Checkout Items Shortcut: edit_checkout_items Location: Store Menu Customization Shopping Checkout	Changes the HTML for the items within the checkout table.

New Custom Field Shortcut: new_custom_fields Location: Store Menu Customization Shopping Checkout Fields	Creates a new custom field. A custom field is extra information that can be collected in the checkout page and are included in the automatic email and the order vault. Many stores require extra information such as Customer Number, Tax ID, or special delivery instructions. Once custom fields are created, they automatically appear in the checkout layout. The %store_fields% marker is used to locate the position of these custom fields.

Custom Field Label Shortcut: custom_field_label Location: Store Menu Customization Shopping Checkout Fields	Changes the custom field label. This is the text that the customer will see and may include spaces.

The HTML is inserted between the header and footer defined in the edit_custom_theme function. Dynamic content can be used by inserting a variable enclosed in "%" signs.

Edit Status Messages Shortcut: edit_status Location: Store Menu Customization Shopping Confirmation	Changes the wording of status messages that appear in different circumstances.

Edit Cart Buttons Shortcut: edit_cart_buttons Location: Store Menu Customization Shopping Buttons	Changes the buttons used on the shopping cart and checkout pages. The "Update" button is used to update (refresh) the shopping cart page. The "Checkout" button is used to move from the shopping cart to the checkout page. The "Purchase" button is used to place the order on the checkout page.

Search Layout Shortcut: search_layout Location: Store Menu Customization Product Search	Changes the HTML for the body of the search results page. A search facility may be added to your website allowing customers to search your product catalogue.

Search Result Shortcut: search_result Location: Store Menu Customization Product Search	Changes the HTML for the matching products resulting from the search.

Search More Results Shortcut: search_more_results Location: Store Menu Customization Product Search	Generates the HTML for a link to proceed to the next page of matching products. Generally it is more convenient to limit the number of search results to a manageable page size and link from page to page.

End of Search Results Shortcut: end_search_results Location: Store Menu Customization Product Search	Changes the HTML for the message that appears when the search results reach the last page.

Search No Match Shortcut: search_no_match Location: Store Menu Customization Product Search	Changes the HTML for the message that appears when there are no matches found.

New Upload Image Shortcut: new_upload_image Location: Store Menu Customization Upload Images	Uploads a new image to the Jumbo server. Once uploaded, the web address (URL) can be used with other functions. Images are uploaded to a http server and therefore can only be used in non-https pages. To upload images to the https secure server, please refer to the relevant functions or contact Jumbostore.

List Upload Images Shortcut: list_upload_images Location: Store Menu Customization Upload Images	Lists all images that have been uploaded to the http server.

Delete Upload Images Shortcut: delete_upload_images Location: Store Menu Customization Upload Images	Delete all selected images that have been uploaded to the http server.

Order Processing
Order Status Shortcut: order_status Location: Vault Menu Orders	Displays the general status of all orders by listing the number of unprocessed orders and the number of orders not yet shipped. This is an action list of orders that need to be attended to.

List Orders Shortcut: list_orders Location: Vault Menu Orders Process	Lists all orders requiring attention. Orders go through 3 stages: 1. Pending. This indicates the order has been accepted but a delay has occurred (waiting for stock to arrive). 2. Approved/Declined. This indicates if the merchant has accepted or declined the order. 3. Shipped. This indicates if the order has been shipped. To process an order, check the required action and click "Process Checked Orders". Multiple orders and actions can be done in one step. To look up the details of an order, click on the order number. An email is automatically sent to the customer notifying them of the change of status. To disable this email, use the "Send Confirmation Email to Customer" option.

Order Pending Shortcut: order_pending Location: Vault Menu Orders Process	Sets an order as "pending" indicating that the order has been approved but a delay has occurred. The most common use of this function is when a product is out of stock, but will be shipped shortly. If an order cannot be shipped within a reasonable time, the order should be declined. When the product arrives and is shipped, click on "shipped" and the order will disappear from the list.

Order Approved Shortcut: order_approved Location: Vault Menu Orders Process	Sets an order as "approved" meaning that the merchant is willing to ship the products. Please note this is different from a credit card approval. If the realtime mode is switched ON (realtime_mode) then the customers' credit card is billed at the time of the order. If you decide to decline the order, the customer will need to be refunded. If the realtime mode is switched OFF, the credit card is billed when this function is used. An automatic email is sent to the customer notifying them of the change of status.

Order Declined Shortcut: order_declined Location: Vault Menu Orders Process	Sets an order as "declined" meaning that the merchant is unwilling to ship the products. Please note this is different from a credit card approval. If the realtime mode is switched ON (realtime_mode) then the customers' credit card is billed at the time of the order. If you decide to decline the order, the customer will need to be refunded. If the realtime mode is switched OFF, the credit card is billed when this function is used. An automatic email is sent to the customer notifying them of the change of status.

Order Cancelled Shortcut: order_cancelled Location: Vault Menu Orders Process	Sets an order as "cancelled" meaning that the order has previously been approved by the merchant but now must be cancelled because of an agreement between the customer and the merchant. An order can only be cancelled from the "Order Detail" page. If the customers' credit card has been billed then it will need to be refunded. See order_refund function.

Order Refund Shortcut: order_refund	Refunds and order to a customer. This function sends a request to Jumbo staff who will notify the bank to refund the order and return the money. An automatic email will be sent to the customer when the refund is complete.

Order Shipped Shortcut: order_shipped Location: Vault Menu Orders Process	Sets an order as "shipped" meaning that the product has been sent to the customer. This indicates the order is compete and the order will not appear on the "Current Orders" list. However the order will still be kept on record. An automatic email is sent to the customer notifying them of the change of status.

Test Order Send Shortcut: test_order_send	Sends a test order through your system. A test order works exactly like a normal order except no money is billed. The first time this function is used, a request is sent to Jumbo staff who will email you back with details.

Test Order Mark Shortcut: test_order_mark Location: Vault Menu Orders Process	Sets an order as "test" meaning that the order is only used for testing purposes. The order background is changed to grey.

Print Order Shortcut: print_order Location: Vault Menu Orders Process	Prints a hard copy of your order. Click on the order number to enter the "Order Details" page. At the bottom of this page is a "Print Version" link that will generate a clean version for printing. Use your web browsers print function (File, Print or Ctrl+P) to print this page.

Find Order Number Shortcut: find_order_num Location: Vault Menu Orders Find	Finds an order from the order number. All orders are assigned a unique number in the format JUM-xxxxx-yyyyy. The xxxxx number is assigned by Jumbo and yyyyy is assigned by our gateway for credit card authorization. If the order did not have the credit card approved by the Jumbo gateway, the yyyyy digits will be omitted.

Find All Orders Shortcut: find_all_orders Location: Vault Menu Orders Find	Finds all orders that have been processed regardless of status. This returns a list of all orders between 2 dates. NOTE: This list does not include order attempts where the credit card was declined.

Find Approved Orders Shortcut: find_approved_orders Location: Vault Menu Orders Find	Finds all orders that have been approved by the merchant. This returns a list of all orders between 2 dates. NOTE: This list does not include order attempts where the credit card was declined.

Find Declined Orders Shortcut: find_declined_orders Location: Vault Menu Orders Find	Finds all orders that have been declined by the merchant. This returns a list of all orders between 2 dates. NOTE: This list does not include order attempts where the credit card was declined.

Find Shipped Orders Shortcut: find_shipped_orders Location: Vault Menu Orders Find	Finds all orders that have been shipped by the merchant. This returns a list of all orders between 2 dates.

Find Cancelled Orders Shortcut: find_cancelled_orders Location: Vault Menu Orders Find	Finds all orders that have been cancelled by the merchant. A cancelled order has been previously approved by the merchant but has later been cancelled by either the customer or the merchant. This returns a list of all orders between 2 dates.

Export All Orders Shortcut: export_all_orders Location: Vault Menu Orders Export	Exports all orders into a CSV (Comma Separated Values) text file that can be opened by a spreadsheet or a database program. Orders are sorted by date as specified. All orders in the vault have credit card approval. Orders that have had the credit card declined are discarded.

Export Approved Orders Shortcut: export_approved_orders Location: Vault Menu Orders Export	Exports all approved orders into a CSV (Comma Separated Values) text file that can be opened by a spreadsheet or a database program. Orders are sorted by date as specified. "Approved" orders are orders that have been accepted by the merchant.

Success Ratio Shortcut: success_ratio Location: Vault Menu Orders Export	Generates a report of the success ratio. The success ratio is the number of successful orders to the total number of orders. A successful order is an order that has not been declined or cancelled.

Affiliates
Affilates ON/OFF Shortcut: aff_on_off Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Merchants	Switches the affiliates system on and off for a particular store. To switch on the affiliates system, enter a commission rate higher than 0%. To switch off the affiliates system, return the commission rate to 0%.

List Affiliate Status Shortcut: list_aff_status Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Merchants	Lists all stores with their affiliate status (on or off). If the affiliate status is on, further functions are available to list joined affiliates. Switches the affiliates system on and off for a particular store. To switch on the affiliates system, enter a commission rate higher than 0%. To switch off the affiliates system, return the commission rate to 0%.

Edit Commission Shortcut: aff_commission Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Merchants	Changes the commission rate offered to affiliates. This is the percentage of sales that is due to an affiliate if they have successfully created found a customer for your store.

Edit Expiry Shortcut: aff_expiry Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Merchants	Changes the expiry time (days) of the customer tag. When an affiliate sends a customer to your site, that customer is "tagged" with the name of the affiliate. This tag is a web browser cookie that is set to expire after this time period. If the customer makes a purchase within the expiry time, the sale is credited to the affiliate and commission is due. If the customer makes a purchase after the expired time, the sale is not credited to the affiliate and commission is not due.

Generate HTML to Signup Affiliates Shortcut: html_aff_signup	Generates the HTML code to paste into your website to signup affiliates. This HTML creates a form where new affiliates must enter their name and email address. A password is emailed to the affiliate together with the HTML link for the tag page. The tag page is the page on your site that the affiliates will send their customers to.

Generate HTML for Affiliate Login Shortcut: html_aff_login	Generates the HTML code to paste into your website to login affiliates. After login, affiliates can retrieve their orders. This is the same as logging into the Jumbostore, but is more direct.

Edit Tag Page Shortcut: edit_tag_page	Changes the web address (URL) of the tag page. The tag page is part of your web site and should display your offer and ask the customer to buy or link to get more information. The customer may make their purchase at any page on your site after the tag page. Affiliates will send their customers to a web address at Jumbostore that will "tag" the customer to that affiliate and forward them on to your tag page. If that tagged customer makes a purchase before the expiry date, the sale will be credited to that affiliate.

List all Affilates Shortcut: list_all_aff Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Merchants	Lists all affiliates signed up to promote your store. This including those that have made no sales and those that have.

Reject Affiliate Shortcut: reject_aff	Rejects an affilate and removes them from the list. When an affilate signs up to your affiliate program, an email will be sent to you and their name will be added to the list. Use this function if you wish to reject this affiliate for whatever reason.

List Processed Affilate Orders Shortcut: list_processed_aff_orders Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Merchants	Lists all affiliates that have processed orders credited to them. An processed order has not yet been approved or declined by the merchant. Details of those affiliates orders can then be listed. Orders are approved or declined with the order_approved or order_declined functions.

List Approved Affilate Orders Shortcut: list_approved_aff_orders Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Merchants	Lists all affiliates that have approved orders credited to them. An approved order have been accepted by the merchant and commission will be due. Details of those affiliates orders can then be listed. Orders are approved or declined with the order_approved or order_declined functions.

Find Affilates Shortcut: find_aff	Find affilates to promote your store. Affiliates must join your program and set up their promotional activities to send traffic to your web site.

List Joined Stores Shortcut: list_joined_stores Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Partners	Lists all stores that an affiliate has joined. This function is for the affiliate (partner).

Tag Page Link Shortcut: tag_page_link	Get the link to the tag page that traffic should be sent to. The link is emailed when a store is joined, but if this is lost, use this function to find the link. All customer traffic should be sent to this link to have the customer "tagged" to your account. Once tagged, the customers' order will be credited to your account and commission will be due.

List All Sales Shortcut: list_all_sales Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Partners	Lists all sales made for a particular store. This includes both approved and declined orders. Commission is due on approved orders but not on declined orders.

List Approved Sales Shortcut: list_approved_sales Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Partners	Lists all sales made for a particular store that have been approved by the merchant. Commission is due on these sales.

Apply to become an affiliate Shortcut: apply_aff Location: Vault Menu Affiliates Partners	Apply to become an affiliate with a store that has an affiliate program. Some stores that are seeking affiliates will be listed. Use the "Join" button to send your request to that store. The link to the stores tag page will be emailed to you. This is the link that all customer traffic should be sent to. The customer will be tagged to your account and if that customer makes a purchase before the expiry date, the sale will be credited to you and commission will be due.
